Dean has led teams in some of the UK’s most prestigious hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. As a specialist in brand and concept development, he consistently drives high performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
As the former Group Director of Food & Beverage at Kew Green Hotels, Dean managed over 50 properties across the UK and internationally. His experience also includes working with renowned restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay’s Claridge’s, Maze, Petrus, and Murano with Angela Hartnett, while also developing concepts for luxury lifestyle brands.
In addition to his hospitality expertise, Dean serves as a Non-Executive Director for an emerging global drinks brand and advises major companies like Sainsbury’s and Mondelez.
Dean has been recognised by leading industry bodies, including The AA, The Michelin Guide, and the Institute of Hospitality.

Graham has extensive experience across the hospitality spectrum, from privately owned hotels to five-star properties and Michelin-starred restaurants. He has played a key role in hotel openings, rebrands, conversions, and takeovers for both branded and independent hotels.
With a decade of experience at Kew Green Hotels, Graham served as Managing Director, overseeing operations across international and managed hotel portfolios. His leadership extended to sustainability initiatives, ensuring long-term business resilience—an essential focus in today’s evolving hospitality landscape.
Graham previously held senior roles as Divisional Director at RBH as well as leadership roles with IHG, further demonstrating his proven track record of success across diverse hotel operations.

Neil is an experienced financier and property developer & investor with a strong focus on the UK hotel sector over the past decade.
He has successfully developed and invested in brands such as Hilton and Travelodge which has involved site finding, conversion from office use, development funding to ultimate long term ownership with bespoke groups of fellow investors. As a Hampton By Hilton franchisee, his team led by Graham as operator, achieved major success winning the award for the best branded hotel in Glasgow within the first year of operation.
He has also developed and retained ownership of a Travelodge portfolio including their flagship asset in Queen Street Glasgow. He also previously co-owned the Radisson Blu in Argyle Street Glasgow and a portfolio of Ramada Inns.
Before transitioning into property development and the hotel industry, Neil held senior positions in investment banking with prominent institutions such as Citibank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Société Générale.
